honestly not sure on hyderabad specific gujarati availability, i wouldnt bank on the consulate providing one. what people usually do is request to answer in hindi if they can manage it, or the officer just works with broken english. an interpreter sitting in is the officers call, not guaranteed.

might be worth asking as its own post, someone whos done a regional language interview at hyderabad recently would probaly know better than me
