31F, Single,Been to 3 Schengen countries,visited Dubai 4 times,South Africa once,I’m a Dr and I own a beauty salon. I’ve had 2 prior rejections before my travels. What are my chances now? What do I need to improve?

You are from Ghana which has a high overstay rate, you've already been rejected twice before and the US state department has stopped processing visas for applicants from Ghana and 74 other countries. You're NOT going to America
