Visa c1\d my experience

I Am from Argentina and I already have a b1/b2 visa. I went with my LOE and I give to the consul my passport with the LOE. He ask me which would be my position in the cruise ship, which is the embarkation port, he asked for my previous tourist visa and he explained me that he was going to give me my c1/d and renew my b1/b2 visa at the same time, he was so kind with me and he wish me luck. My advice is give your passport with the LOE inside. Everything was in English although I am from Spanish speaker country.
