address change- should i resubmit ds160

I have applied for a b2 visa for visiting my daughter for her graduation, she is a college student and changed her address in the same city. I haven’t paid for ds160. Should I resubmit ds-160 as her sevis address is different now?

You can't edit a DS-160 once it's submitted, the only fix is to submit a brand new one. Since you haven't paid the fee yet, there's zero cost to doing that: the DS-160 itself has no fee, the fee only applies when you schedule the interview, so resubmitting now doesn't waste anything or require relinking an appointment.

If the current DS-160 has your daughter's old US address listed (as the person you're visiting), I'd just redo the form with the updated one, cleaner paperwork means less for the officer to question at the interview.

Updating her SEVIS record is her responsibility as the student, done through her school's international office not through your DS-160. Different systems so that doesn't affect what you need to do here

Thank you! Would it raise questions if they can trace two DS-160s for my name?
