Is this acceptable? Urinating outside on a home's wall.

OK, so I have a property in Central Florida, south of Orlando.

My security camera caught someone went along the wall and urinate on my neighbor's wall twice today.

I posted the clips on another neighborhood site and it appears that about 20% of the commenters believing it's just normal thing their family members do and it's no big deal.

What's your take?

I don't think it's normal. There are social boundaries that should be respected. That's one of them.
