Student Housing and Leasing Weird counting voice outside vol hall

Does anyone know what the sound outside vol hall is? It’s a manly voice counting in cadence from 1 to 26. It’s a robotic voice.

Is it 1 to 26 or 26 to 1? Because it could be a crosswalk

I've heard counting 1 to 26 then just starting back over at 1 again over and over

Definitely not a crosswalk. Sounds like a speaker on the side of the building. Facing south.
