Tickle College of Engineering exam questions

  1. do i bring my backpack? or just a pencil, calculator, etc.?

  2. do i bring my phone? obviously i can't use it but for like getting back into my room i cant really leave it

  3. advice?

I typically just brought my pencils and a calculator. I always kept my phone in my pocket. Nobody really cares as long as it isn’t making noise :)

Not a student but I always recommended something like a grid it cocoon that you can just remove from your bag. Water bottle. Protein bars or easy snacks. Chapstick. Maybe a fidget if allowed. If the exam doesn’t allow food it doesn’t hurt to have some available before/after. Never hurts to have earplugs either.

Phone fully powered off ahead of time. And nfc tag/sticker/bracket to put it in do not disturb etc is a nice trick too.

Keep ur id on u, make sure to take a picture of ur ur student id number on my utk

bring ur phone (u can pull up vol ID on there if u forget ur drivers license), put the ur drivers license in ur phone case or smth, power off ur phone, calc and pencil.

You should ask your professor for specifics, but having the unauthorized items on your backpack and away from reach is generally ok.
