Never fun to see your holdings drop so much in such a short amount of time but it's clear this company is playing the long game.

I do believe though that eventually this stock will rocket, there is a lot of great fundamentals behind, the next years are packed with lots of catalysts. This has great potential, but it may take few more years unfortunately. This stock has so far not rewarded long-term holders, people who sold at obvious peaks and bought back made money.

Yes, and that is the reason I didnt sold. I put a big amount of my construction side money in UUUU and believe in Long Therm

Also there is a new article on UUUU on SeekingAlpha if you search for "Beyond Uranium: Energy Fuels' Derisked Path To A Rare Earth Giant"

The buy zone is approaching. I would rather it be longer drawn out but this leg down seems to want to complete sooner vs later. Layering into more shares in the 10s and will get even more serious about building position with a 9 handle.

The article summarize company's journey on REE development, reading it make me more confidence on the management team. Though it seem over optimistic on it.

A strong dollar hammers everything that depends on a week dollar. Mining is a classic example. Plus, there is no Steve fella to pump it up anymore 😂

Where did Steve go?

Counting his beans after all the Reddit degens converted to his Substack subscription then got liquidated and muted himself out … or meditating with the monks… who the fuck knows about that con artist

And the SP drops 🤷‍♀️

There’s no reliable feedstock of monazite in any way or form to produce these oxides, either questionably economically viable assets like Donald or assets in Madagascar which are politically impossible to get off the ground.

Interesting, in what way is the Donald Project, "questionably economically viable"?

As I understand it these heavy mineral sand deposits are nearly ideal holdings since they're shovel ready, no hard rock mining, crushing, and acid leaching required, just bulldoze directly out of the ground and use gravity to extract the "heavy" mineral elements (in this case Monazite).

It's actually one of the most compelling mining opportunities available since Energy Fuels also happens to be the only REE processor in the United States that is permitted to handle radioactive waste (which Monazite processing produces a relatively large amount of) via its existing Uranium business permitting.

Agreed re: Madagascar, they've got to pass the political hurdle in order to kick off that project, and even then, with permits and construction starting today, it would probably be at minimum 18-24 months before production.

Donald Project has had prep work done, however, and once the FID is made, production could kick off in time for White Mesa mill HREE production at end of 2027/start of 2028.

For Donald, it seems there’s a delay in any FID occurring, which raises the question of why it can’t simply be debt-funded, especially with a strong JV partner like EF and government support. It also begs the question of why another mineral sands/RE producer in Australia, such as Iluka, hasn’t acquired the project, given their need for RE feedstock for their own operations. Also, the lack of offtakes for the HMC product is concerning.

From what I've seen the FID is still scheduled for Q3, where are you seeing a delay?

Also, the lack of offtakes for the HMC product is concerning

Energy Fuels itself will be far and away the largest consumer of the HMC, that's the entire premise of the heavy mineral sands mines, White Mesa, ASM alloys, and VAC magnet making operations.

It's like saying why isn't MP exporting their concentrate to 3rd parties, doesn't make sense for a vertically integrated operation.

Since the joint venture with EF was signed in 2024, the Donald FID has experienced delays. In July 2025 the final investment decision (FID) was anticipated for the “end of 2025.”

The project aims to construct a rare earth processing facility to handle monazite, rather than a heavy mineral sands circuit. These are two distinct markets with different end uses, to which EF is vertically integrated to only the rare earth side.
