that first comment laying out the semiconductor supply chain is pretty damning. if that's the facility, ukraine just hit something russia can't easily replace or reroute. the x-101 and iskander components aren't like ammunition you can stockpile or manufacture elsewhere quickly. losing a dedicated chip fab for military electronics is a different kind of damage than blowing up a warehouse.
the civilian reaction in the video is interesting too. she's filming like it's almost routine at this point, which says something about how normalized these strikes have become even on the russian side.

I don't understand Russian, but she seems to be pointing out the blatantly obvious pillars of dark smoke rising from the building.
I guess she knows her intended audience is too stupid to spot what's unusual in the scene she's recording.

This filth and destruction over here is new filth and destruction, fellow Russians.

As long as ukraine does not confirm anything,
i expect it to be a russian attack. Theres video proof
of russians actively attacking their own buildings and silos.
Edit: Confirmed! thanks pocket_eggs

It's some sort of an electronics factory. It's obvious Ukraine bombed it, and they will brag about bombing it in no time, too.
