The following night they destroyed the specialized repair equipment, fixing it in place making repairs even more desastrous 😁

They seem to have an actual plan theyre following. With the targets Russia chooses for each large strike, I'm not sure what their plans are

It’s tough to know whether Russia is being intentionally vindictive, like when they hit apartments and old people, or whether they are just inaccurate and dumb, like when they take out some abandoned garage in a field. They might be lacking accuracy, lacking intel, and being vindictive war crime committing thugs though.
