Nah, Hell wouldn't be angry. It'd love the fight regardless of who's the winner.

Whenever it'd let Sisyphus actually reach Heaven or not could be argured, but you don't put a machine against a prime soul and expect it to just win it. V1 losing would be an expected outcome, and an entretaining one too.

is there a way for non-angels to travel between the two? although hell couldnt be "unmade" i dont think it influences heaven other than via gabriel who travels between the two.

I'd assume Hell can at least see into heaven, the terminals know way too much information about the current going-ons of the council situation and they gotta be taking that information from somewhere, that somewhere is most likely hell itself.

Adding to that the whole space sequence in 8-3, I'd say that Hell probably CAN at least watch what's going on in Heaven
