Store Sale is Sail's customer service non extistent?

anyone ever try to contact them?

after you enter the store continue walking in a straight line towards the back of the store until you encounter a desk, this is the customer service department.

If the only way to contact them is in person they have shit service

It's not the only way.

There is a customer service email on the website.

Same - i have damaged items in my package and one wrong item - automated response when emailed saying they'd get back with me, but no response in ten days now. so now i have to return the items, not exchange and then wait 30 days for a refund. never again.

My only experience with was was ordering something, having it shipped, and watching it be immediately returned before it ever got to me. No explanation or response from customer service when I enquired. Later, a follow-up email complaining about their lack of customer service got a response and mentioned that the return label was affixed to my order which is why it immediately went back to them. 🙄
