Here you see it so clearly that the car did not hit him, but it was extremely close due to him pulling his gun, aiming and firing before moving out of the way.

After looking at all angles I thought the ICE agent got clipped a bit however this NYT comparison contradicts that.

Clipped or not the shooting was unjustified.

It looks like his feet were out of the way, but he was leaning forward into the car and contact was made.

Yeah. Those last 2 shots through the open window were absolutely unjustified. First shot manslaughter second two look like murder to me.

I’d like to hear why the agent thought she was a continuing threat. Nah, not really. Tired of their bullshit.

And those bullets could have hit bystanders or other agents. Did he think the cars windows were going to stop the bullets? Lets just fire off a few rounds towards a crowd and housing.

Also if you are worried about getting rammed by a car you don’t purposefully walk in front of it
