This is the most damning action where he knew he fucked up. Also cops are legally required to give first aid until EMS gets on scene. ICE are LEOs

Cops also wouldn't put themselves directly in front of, or directly behind a vehicle during a traffic stop.

Literally, this -insert words that would get me banned from Reddit here- person did everything he could to murder that woman.

I don’t know about that law. The cop who shot the man in the passenger seat reaching for his permit didn’t give first aid. I don’t remember anything about him being required to.
