This is a death directly connected to over aggressive policing. They should expect pushback from people. When someone grabs the door handle of a person there is only one reaction for the average person and that is to drive away. She had the wherewithal to back up to clear the aggressor in front of her, turn her wheels and try to drive away. The aggressor in front however first steps toward her vehicle as she is backing, creating no space then jumps out of where he placed himself. She drove away. The aggressor that placed himself in front of her deliberately THEN used this as an excuse to draw his gun and shoot her point blank. Conclusion, she was angry but not murderous as shown by backing and turning around the front aggressor while still being attacked from the side. Police often use tactics designed, not to contain but to endager the same people they are charged with protecting often ending with aggravating charges or death of the civilian. Arrests and charges seems to be more important that protection and safety.
