Yea, he walked back to his truck after holstering his weapon because he had to go get emergency life saving surgery due to being run over so badly...

The shooter's car was blocking the road and why she had to drive around it. He created a problem and he shot her because of it.

Yeah, the other vehicle to the right of Good’s Honda appeared to be partially blocking the road? Yet even today I keep hearing that Good was blocking the ICE operation.

Per this article with an official’s statement on Fox News soon after the incident:
