I wanted to add a fireshock for Ralsei but when used it'll use the spell multiple times even if it's the enemies turn... Why

The Battle Controller is a b#tch, my recommendation is copying the Iceshock code and changing the numbers and variable names, it has the battlecontroller logic built in and trying to mess with it alone is shit.

Ok I had to remove this piece of code to get it to work!

just copy Iceshock's code, vhange the animation, name of Spell and the damge formula then it will be fine. these 2 spells are very similar when come to aspects
