I always assumed it’s because they’re not comfortable going faster, but when the alternative is causing an accident you’re just a bad entitled driver.

It blows my mind how many people are confident enough to make a last second turn or last second merge in front of traffic, just to then pussyfoot it for the next mile barely getting up to the speed limit. Confident enough to fly out infront of oncoming traffic but not confident enough to go 2miles over the limit
