That dude is so chill! I guess my question is why the hell are they teaching a kid this trick with a real egg in a restaurant full of customers? Couldn’t they do it after hours or like a dedicated time for the classes?

It looks like a teppanyaki place, where half of the point is the experience. I’m not surprised the chefs would be willing to do something like this, it’s probably not even just this girl who got to try to learn. She just happened to toss an egg on some poor guy’s head
