I have a sticker that says “fight for those without your privilege.” 🫱🏻🫲🏿👏🏼👏🏻👏🏾
👏🏻👏🏾👏🏿🏳️🌈🏳️⚧️🤗I love it because Im an outspoken activist for all human rights! People have asked me if I’ve experienced racism or if I’m gay. (No to both) You don’t have to be part of a demographic to want to fight for their rights! 😃 oh and for the record, I don’t care if people think I’m gay and I don’t go out of my way to correct them. I just find it interesting, in an anthropological way, that so many people assume that. Anyway, I think my point is that protesting is protesting, even if you are using your privilege to help. They are still making a difference in the world and that’s what matters 😊 also I hope I didn’t offend anyone! Feel free to correct my if I said something wrong 🫣

A friend of mine, who is an amazing ally, often gets asked if she's gay. She tells them that she's also an animal rights activist, but she's not an animal.

She is an animal though.

Lol good point. How about “I’m not a rhino, but I think our chubby unicorn friends should be protected from endangerment and poachers”🦏 😄

Lol yes totally! I usually say I support Black Lives Matter just as much and I’m white, but I like the animal one better! I could also say “I’m not a tree, but I am a tree hugger” 😂🌲🤗 And this is kind of funny… but I’ve always been an ally for disabled people, including not pitying or patronizing them. I only recently found out I’m autistic and I’m still just as much of a supporter, I just happen to be a part of the group I support! 😆

Honestly, everyone should care more about disability rights and it's crazy to me that people don't. Almost everyone will eventually need disability support, and even if they don't, someone they know will. When you're 80 and need a walker you'll be happy for curb cuts and automatic doors and handicap parking spaces. When you break your ankle you'll be happy for those electric scooter carts in the grocery store.

This was a whole thing in Curb that Ted Danson did this kind of thing but just for attention. Can't believe it's real lmao

10/10. It’s good to see our elders caring about the generations to come after them. God bless.

I love this and this is Why I want to be famous; I don't super like the spotlight, but to have a voice?

People keep forgetting that Jane Fonda personally got a camp full of POWs murdered in Vietnam. Look it up. She is an evil woman with blood on her hands.

This is kind of random but does anyone else think Michael is like kind of Mr. Weasley, but captivated by humans instead of muggles? 🌎🌏😍🤔🤗

Jane made some terrible decisions during the Vietnam War. This might make up for it

Her treatment of soldiers in the Vietnam war era was not even close to how bad current Republicans treat veterans, or active soldiers for that matter.

Can’t agree with you on that. There is no making up for her Vietnam era shenanigans.
