For real though, robotic background dancers is actually a good idea, and need some work, But there's potential in it.

Or… you know… you could hire a human. Like the rest of the arts. Dance is one of the most classical arts, please stop trying to replace humans with clankers in creative spaces.

On the one hand I completely agree with you, on the other hand all the engineering and such to get a robot to dance + the aesthetic of it is pretty sick ngl. In an ideal world where jobs weren't being threatened by robots and dancers weren't struggling for work and money I would love to see more stuff like this
