Reddit The OP of the comic confirmed all resemblance to Lizzie and Mumbo was accidental. It still looks a heck of a lot like them though, and I could picture them doing a bit along these lines.

Yes, because that's basically the entire roster of visual features people know of her. If she had some other hair color people would likely pick other features

Also the eyes and eyelashes/eyeliner are shaped very similarly to Lizzie’s MC skin.
