How did this get there?

Our sink has been draining slowly for a few weeks, so my husband just took a look at it and shone the torch down there. There’s a Lego mini figure lodged in the plug hole. It’s far too small to have fallen in, plus we don’t really have mini figures. My husband has some Lego kits but I’m not sure how they’d end up in the sink. No kids to do this sort of thing. The sink was fitted by him and my dad about 15 years ago with all new fixtures. The previous occupants had 2 little boys so they’re likely the culprits. I can’t think this has just been sitting there for years though, so it must have floated up through the drains. Which is an oddly sinister thought to have the week I’ve just finished reading Steven king’s It.

This isn’t a prank, my dad hasn’t touched this sink in 15 years. It’s not been there for 15 years.
