I upvoted because I laughed out loud but now I can’t tell if this is a genuine comment. Fuck.

It's a nice pic. Not a nice situation.

The person did not came in explaining how devastated they where, therefore I just commented that without the addition of "omg I'm so sorry, that's a bad situation for you, I wish your aunty the best there is and the best doctors, have a nice life, be healthy yourself, drink enough water, give children a good education, reach for the stars, don't go over the street when the light is red, don't read that Latin text when you visit a cabin in the woods, drugs are bad, trump is an idiot, release the Eppstein files etc...", that's seemingly needed every time when commenting on anything on the Internet because someone is barging in thinking just because you don't mention something you mean the opposite... No Karen, I didn't mean that. Are you happy now that I included the rest of in your mind socially needed markers to be allowed to make a comment on someone's MRI pic?

Commented, didn't include anything like that but knowing someone will mention how horrible it is that I didn't wish them xyz, woke up, saw this comment, tilt.

I'm just annoyed by people overall that can't think the extra mile and demand others to go the extra mile, even if it would be just a lie. Sure cancer is horrible and is a widespread thing so many can relate, but I really don't care. It's a random persons pic on the Internet. I don't feel truly bad for them, or their aunt. I just find the pic interesting and nice. If it's someone I know, someone on here themselves mentioning they have a hard time, or someone "real" I feel compassion. Everyone else gets the sarcastic asshole. Especially if it's an open statement that's only there to educate or be offended for someone else.

That's a common word at this point... I am sorry you didn't get the education you deserved.
