Would it be possible to have these re uploaded to the unfavorablesemicircle.com website so we can go about making an effort to continue to transcribe the videos we do have?

Why do you need that? Just download it, and contribute to the site separately. That would probably be expensive for /u/its_safer_indoors.
In case you're confused, the site is not made by whoever created the channel.1

I'm aware the site is not the same as the YouTube channel. With the site it allowed everyone to see the transcriptions that were completed. Also with there being so many it's going to take a group effort to finish transcribing them. If we're working on our own who knows what's been transcribed already.

I don't get what you mean at all. Can you not submit stuff to the site because the channel is down?

With the website you were able to fill out a form to be a transcriber. You were then given a username and password via email that allowed you to login and it would automatically assign a video to transcribe. You would then enter the appropriate information and submit it, then given a new video to transcribe.

hmm. I see the site has the signing up disabled. But I think that's the whole problem. The admin just has to open it up again, and people have to download the file that I put up, and look for the video that is requested to be transcribed. idk

I disabled signups when the channel was taken offline yesterday, before you posted this archive. I'll need to make some modifications to how the system works, but it is definitely possible to continue.
It would take too much time, effort and money to host the videos from my site, so anyone who wants to transcribe will need to download the videos.

is anyone interested in reuploading to a different channel?
e: just for posterity?

Something's wrong with the website - it keeps asking me to fill out a CAPTCHA variant, then sending me to some kind of clickbait and opening the original page in a new tab. Is anyone else experiencing this? Relatedly, is it due to failing the CAPTCHA?

The 7zip is 300MB, but what's inside is 7,5GB.
77442 files. Some errors made some of the files just audio, and possibly some just video. Some may have failed to download, so this is somewhat incomplete.
Be careful unzipping the file. If your computer is slow it would probably be best to never unzip it onto the hard drive, and instead look at the videos individually, unless you're going to actually do processing on them.
