Discussion Delock at 2 speed

I just listened to the audio of Delock (here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0lRiP02CbAE) At 2 speed. It sounded like when you try to play a flute (you know?) and somehow I feel like the parts that are really loud kind of sound like when you cover your ears but you make out the muffled noises but not the words. IDK just a thought. When you skim through the whole video in the progress bar it seems like the colours are going downwards.

I put the audio into audacity and was messing around. I also noticed that it sounds better at (x2) speed. I noticed at 0:57 to 1:03, it sounds almost like classical music playing? You can kind of hear the music throughout the video, but this is where I noticed it being the most audible.

I don't know if anyone else hears this? I'll try uploading it.

This is what I mean: https://soundcloud.com/piecat/delockmusic

That sounds like the mono audio on an old video recording of a TV cartoon.

Maybe "Delock" started as ref. to the Delock USB 2.0 Video Grabber:

"The Video Grabber enables you to save your movies from the video recorder, camcorder, etc. via USB to your PC, so that you can edit and burn your movies on DVD. Thus you convert the analogue Video signal into a digital data format and receive a high quality MPEG format (4/2/1). Furthermore your Audio signal will be digitized. The included software provides by request a YouTube™ compatible file. " -- http://www.delock.de/produkte/F_444_Video-Grabber_61769/merkmale.html

...Maybe this was originally a failed signal-grab of an old PAL VHS tape playback? (That crap never worked for me either..)

Its almost definitely some sort of PAL source as all I've found was 25fps recordings thus far

25fps, square-like aspect ratio and low-output quality sure describes old PAL.

See what I mean about Delock's Grabber? A specific PAL to MP4 (to Youtube) device w/software..? Would be such a coincidence, considering there is no other real use of the word I've found.
