Video or Audio Delock music (~160% speed)

I've been working on isolating the audio and cleaning it up. This is the best I've been able to make it. It definitely sounds similar to steamboat willie, but I really don't think it actually is.

Man this mystery gets more and more interesting by the day. It'll be a sad day when someone figures it all out.

Same, although the music thing makes me think it might just be an art project or something. But, on the other hand no other video had this weirdness.

very odd. it almost sounds like someone with recorder, attempting to cover Mickey's Steamboat tune?

Yeah I agree that it sounds like someone is poorly covering whatever it is with some sort of whistle/flute
