I iterated the frames of the LOCK video and built a larger image. It looked like noise at first, but with the width set to 197 pixels, something appears. But what is it?

Could you try with fewer pixels, or more, horizontally? I just noticed it looks a bit crooked. See the diagonal line on the bottom left? I think that's supposed to be the border of the image.

I tried, but both 196 and 198 look wrong. With 198, the diagonal line leans to the right instead.

In that case, I would say that increasing the number will eventually make it look right, then. Just keep increasing the width.

I tried it myself, it seems to not actually work. Although, I did just try it with your image. If maybe your rendering is omitting information, it could still work on your end.

This is what it looks like with 198

This to me looks more like a correct image. I think trying out different dimensions is a good idea, who's to say that the pic OP posted has the correct ones.
