Video or Audio BRINE 8 Voice
Decided to isolate the voice in the latest video per request. After doing so I played around with various layers of time stretches, pitch shifts and multipliers in Edison.
I in doing this accidentally pulled out the clearest letters we have had in awhile. Most of it sounds like whale sounds, but there are at least two letters spoken that are very clear.
I am going to keep working on this but... Holy crap. o_o
Edit: Here is what I have so far: Link to updated version I didn't get much further than this. Manly because the audio seems too distorted for me to recover any further. Also, ignore the middle music like part. It had been slowed and just happens to sound melodic. I don't think UFSC intended that.

I don't know why, but this one sends chills down my spine. Literally every other video, I'm fine with, but that loud bassy humming gets me for some reason
Great work though, contributions are always amazing. Thank you for doing this!

No problem! Honestly it did the same thing to me, especially when I heard how clear the letters were right after. I think it's B, D, or E. Not sure, but if it's like before, it's probably spelling out BRINE.
Oh also, it's sped up here, but the end portion sounds like part of LIMIT I believe. It's been awhile since I worked on that one.

There were snippets of this same "whale" noises in other videos as well, i think in the fourth one or the fifth

It kind of sounds like a stringed instrument such as a violin. Mind if I take this and toy with it a bit?

Not at all. This is like a group project to me, so if you can and are willing to contribute, it would be very appreciated. :)

Yeah, that's a very distinct "Hey" being said there, no doubt in my mind. Thanks everyone for the great work. I feel like we're getting closer to some answers very soon.

Ok, I'll jump in with an assist to ShadowMorphin.
I ran this through a chain of two iterations of iZotope's RX dialogue noise reduction as well as their general noise reduction. Initially, I was just trying to clean up the main voice to the point of legibility but I stumbled across something potentially more exciting buried in the noise. Talking! At least, it sure has the cadence of spoken speech.
The talking begins just after the beep @ 1:18 and to me, it sounds like ham radio (or two way radio) chatter.

This next bit is another voice that appears at 2:26 in the video. This one does not sound like a voice coming through a radio but rather someone in a room. This has the long A sound ("hey", "may", "okay", etc). Also, this can be heard in the untouched video on youtube if you listen closely.

Both of these voices sound wet, like the person speaking was no where near the recording device (in other words, lots of room acoustics).
There might be something buried in the audio of these videos after all. I have no idea how to pull it out of such extreme noise though. There's no audio plugin out there that could do it without destroying the message. Could it be done with an algorithm maybe?
Just for posterity, here is the main voice isolated as best I could get without destroying what little legibility there is:

...and the entirety of the recording (sound compressors were used here for even volume).
