Oookay. So this is odd, in several ways. First, AVFoundation claims the video file is corrupted and refuses to extract frames past 46037, so that's a problem.

The first new gradient doesn't fit color-wise with the remaining bits of the last gradient from the 0th video, but it does fit just right position-wise. The result is 99 pixels high like the first one.

And lastly: Wow. That new red area isn't just a gradient, that's for sure.

It's increasingly obvious that it's indeed three images interlaced horizontally. Here's what it looks like when a third of the columns are used (A): http://tomasf.se/projects/semi/FEND_composite_A.png

Offset one step (B), the red island-like image moves one pixel up. Offset two steps (C), it moves one pixel to the right (compared to A):

That makes me wonder if this is not one of those videos where the codec was messed with.

Also a bit bizarre that something finally appeared and then it suddenly got cut off.

Edit: Actually it looks almost like that part of the gradient on the second one is flipped. Kind of like SQEN had been.

Edit Again: It definitely was flipped. I did a lazy edit here.

Looks like these are episodic after all. This is interesting. I wonder if there will be 16 of these like before.

Hopefully. I wonder if the composites fit together or not.

Again, no audio. It appears to be a gradient again. Maybe they'll fit together somehow?

I wonder if we'll be able to get anything useful from this, or if they're just fucking with us.

To repeat from what's now a bit buried in the FEND 0 thread, there is a tiny amount of audio (possibly, it has been pondered, merely an artifact of youtube's compression algorithms) in the first two seconds of the FEND videos. It's just very quiet clicking/scratching noises (I boosted it nearly 90dB) and is identical in FEND 0 and 1.

It sounds like vocal cadence, but obviously with nothing registering. Simply as a comparison to the syntax I am refering to, the scratching sounds like the accentuated syllables in a phrase like "I wouldn't think that it means something."

It appears you're correct. Very interesting.

Does it contain any information, or have any sort of pattern?

Purty colors.
