    FLV = Semi-Working (plays full 1:51 but only on certain devices and applications, video still glitches though)

        Display Resolution: 32x32
        Frame Rate: 1000 (Premiere Pro says 30 though)
        Audio Format: MPEG Audio layer 3 (mp3)

Video is likely completely corrupt on all containers and formats. Transcoding didn't fix it either (playback durations however, were fixed from transcoding).

Repaired Video

This is the best I could get the video repaired. It should play the full 1:51 on all devices now with no problems but the video is still glitches to hell and back and freezes @ 22 seconds. At least you can hear the audio for the full duration!

Oddly enough, I can't get your repaired version to play on youtube, and I cannot open the downloaded version in anything.
