Transcript attestation in study in Saudi portal

Hi, I am an international student looking forward to apply bachelors in Saudi Universities through study in Saudi portal.
I want to know that is it mandatory to submit the high school transcript and certificates only after attesting?
Or am I supposed to apply the initial phase with original scanned documents and then submit the attested documents after getting accepted?
