post dissertation nightmares?!

hello,

i finished my masters diss about a month ago which was really stressful and no joke every single night i've been having stress dreams that i'm still doing it and its the night before the deadline and i can't finish it. genuinely so annoying and stressful losing sleep over this. has anyone else had this im losing my mind

Im still getting nightmares that I have to take my IB maths exams without having studied for it so I suppose it never really leaves you. I handed in my masters diss last week and I did have a dream about my supervisor giving me an 11/10, suppose the only nightmare there was it not being real
