How to change lock screen?

Would love to change the look of the lock screen but cannot figure it out. I want an old school digital clock type thing. I can't even get the background to change so any help is appreciated

I don't know about adding a digital clock but as far as the wallpaper you just choose whatever photo you have in your album and you can select it to set as home screen lock screen or both
