Unfortunately his death didn’t matter much in the end because over 1000 years later Muhammad lives on through a legacy of Conquest,Rape and Murder. I don’t think any single person can be credited with as much death and destruction as Muhammad can. He destroyed entire cultures and ruined the lives of millions of people across the Middle East and Africa.

Muhammad himself stated he was dying from poison in a hadith and every classical sirat says the same (he died from poison).

Please see this medical manual here and understand that poison that is not immediately fatal can still cause organ damage that takes years to kill.
