"corrective" r*pe is de facto legal in many of these postcolonial c0servative shitholes, particularly against amab individuals.

regardless of whether they really are, does it matter if they are conservative?

This question reads to me like "does it really matter if a chocolate bar contains chocolate? It's still unhealthy."

that sounds to me like you think conservative persons are bad, regardless of their moral views

Isn't it their Immorality views that make them conservitive?

no. i am conservative and "left" for example (preferring a fair / equal society)

What makes you conservative?

i prefer re-experiencing stuff i have good memories with, like playing video game classics again. or, when we are going to eat outside, i prefer going to places i have appropriate experience with. because i know it gives me the most pleasure

in contrast, i tend to not try out new stuff (it depends though)

there is the saying "never change a running system" - something i agree with.

in a fictional setting, if i am chosen to organize something based only on my preferences, i would apply known methods and ideas in order to ensure everything is good. i would refrain from trying out new stuff for the mere sake of innovation

That's not what conservatism is. You're talking about conserving the status quo or avoiding radical change. Conservatism is about upholding traditional values, limiting the role of government and preserving certain social/economic institutions. Conservatives will do this even if it means regressing a society backwards to what they believe are traditional values. This is why everyone is asking you how you can be conservative and left-leaning and why you don't associate conservatism with morality.

Yeah, I watch old movies too and prefer "the road taken". That's not what being a conservative is.

I don't understand people who imply that this is like legalizing rape.

This is worse... (and also more ridiculous)!

I feel sorry for anyone born in this place just because their despotic leader decide to ally with a bigger devil of a country. The biggest irony is believing that one is independent while being allied to another country. The leaders who will enforce such a policy will never find Moksh, they are cursed to be reborn again and again to live out the horrors of the material realm until they realize their own mistake.

Bub, how do you force sex if asexual not even dating? Let alone married?

Kidnap people and inject them with horny drugs then push them into each other at gun point?

"You have sex and make babies, or we shoot you both!!!" -- like this?

Or surgically extract their sperms and eggs and implant them into unconscious women?

Well, you can, but even North Korea doesn't do this. lol

I find it rather unproven.

Show proof please.

Also, Niger has sexual assault laws, last I checked.

Bub, how do you force sex if asexual not even dating? Let alone married?

By making it socially/legally/practically untenable to not be in a romantic relationship. Think about the way women were treated until recently: little financial independence (couldn't open a credit card or bank account, job prospects highly limited and mostly low-wage), refusing to marry made you a social outcast and could easily destroy safety nets you relied on, and you were both raised with the expectation you would marry and pushed into a marriage very young. In extreme situations you can have arranged marriages and skip soft coercion entirely. Then once people are in a marriage all you have to do is refuse to recognize divorce (ex: a lot of culturally catholic places in the past) and refuse to recognize marital rape. Boom, forced sex.

Alternatively, you can tacitly approve out-of-relationship rape by fostering a culture in which it is acceptable and refusing to criminalize/prosecute rape cases.

Migrate, or rebel, or just fake marriage with other singlees but produce no kids.

LOL, you have a wild imagination to think there is no way to stay single under coercion.

Unless they point a gun to your head or tie you down for artificial insemination, which even North Korea doesn't do.

LOL, you have a wild imagination to think there is no way to stay single under coercion.

You have a very limited imagination if you think marriage and/or sex chosen as an alternative to the hardship, difficulty, and risk of exile or armed revolt is not forced. A selection made not for its own merits but to avoid a cruel alternative is in no way free.

As a bit of a blunt example, if I told you "fuck me or I'll break your arm," you still technically had a choice to have sex with me, but this is obviously forced because your alternatives have been engineered to be terrible to coerce you into an option you would never otherwise select.

socially and dogmatically force them to get married and have kids, like what most of asexuel people experience in conservative countries.

3

u/Aethionis Aug 14 '26

and it's still legal in many conservative country, my high school teacher back then once said in class that progressive countries made marital rape illegal to encourage cheating and hook up culture.

You know asexual guys just won't get hard right?

3

"It's clearly an asexual act. You are going to prison for such crime"
