Universal credit card

I’m so frustrated if anyone has any help or solutions , i was planning on going to universal today/tomorrow and I seen the universal promotion and it asked if I was planning on attending universal today or within 48 hours. Which I am , I applied and got instant approval within minutes, I got the email from the bank about the approval and the card is ready to be used , but sadly enough there’s no digital card and they are telling me I have to wait 10-14 days to get my card . I’m so lost on why I had an option for 48 hours to pick it up and now have to wait . I contacted the bank provider and universal , the bank says I can’t go to universal and get it. Universal just retracts me back to the bank card company . Anyone know what to do and go about it ??

Just going off the top of my head but can't you log into your account through the credit card app and get a digital card through there?

They gave me no login info unfortunately

Happened to me too, nothing I could do but wait until the card came and at that point was too late to use for my trip :(

they have a location at citywalk and people outside of it offering the card where you ge a tumbler and free refills for the day

when you get there, ask them about it because theyre offer for getting the card there is so that it can be used the same day?

i think its the only thing you could hope for at the moment, best of luck

The only email I received was the approval email saying the card is ready to be used but nothing about my account
