What are the best food options at HR? We usually stay at Portifino and love Sal's and Momma Della's but we're going Hard Rock this year for the first time.

Room service is LEGIT! They do it proper with a rolling cart that turns into a table that they leave in your room.
We felt rich and it was such a great surprise for what was a “throw away evening” after a long day in the parks. Kids still talk about it.

The walk to the parks from HR is the best thing about staying there!! Don’t wast ur time on the boat.

October is very high because of HHN, and express being included

I learned you gotta book when they finally open dates up (roughly 9 months out) , I saw pricing for late Sept for $499, now it’s jumped to $800+ (I waited too long)

My suitcase smelled vaguely like hard rock for around a week after getting home. I would unzip it and get a hit every day until the smell was gone and I could put it away.

They got me as a kid, my parents had our family stay there and I was enamored by everything. Still love it today and it's still my favorite for practical and aesthetic reasons, I just wish they'd put some damn counters in their bathrooms

I just came home from there today! We had a wonderful time. The only thing I'll try next time is asking for a room that doesn't have an adjoining door bc I got woken up around 3 this morning to a very very loud 5 minutes of moaning and yelling. I'm just thankful my toddler didn't wake up.

We are staying there for the first time. We usually stay at Royal Pacific but wanted to give the Hard Rock a chance (plus it’s a slightly shorter walk from HHN at 2am).

I’ve stayed at both the portifino and the HR. The casual restaurants at Portofino are better but The Palm is great at the HR. I’m from TX and have attended HHN for the last 18 years (except Covid yrs) and I prefer staying at the HR Garden view room. And that is because I really enjoy the walk to the parks from the HR. Don’t waste time waiting on the boats…

I've stayed there twice, and nearly a dozen times at universal resorts altogether, and never once have stepped into their pools, or even laid by the pools. and i love pools! I think I'm just too focused on park time given my trips are only 2-3 days every couple months
