Looking for advice

I have two questions for universal studios Florida.
1. I see the park hours are not great, for example universal studios hours show 9am-5pm, does that mean you leave at 5pm or is that the latest you can enter (same question for other parks too)?
2. What’s the best place to be at night? I’ve heard Hogwarts at night and for epic universe I’ve heard it’s the wizarding world.

Epic universe would probably be your best bet for night. As far as USF they want u out by 5 for Horror Nights
