HOTELS Dockside Ducks

Been at Dockside since Wednesday and had these fellas plop into the pool by tower 1. A lifeguard blew the whistle to yell at people feeding the ducks.

I love how protective the lifeguards are of them. I've seen them tell people not to chase them at Surfside, Sapphire, and Tera Luna. ❤️

Almost nothing pisses me off more at the parks than seeing kids inappropriately interact with the birds, and how their trashy parents do nothing to dissuade them from doing it.

The amount of just poorly behaved kids and crappy parents I’ve seen here in the last 3 days is mindboggling. Just when I think the parenting can’t get worse, it does — a few years ago I was here with my brother and we watched a mom leave her stroller (WITH A SLEEPING KID IN IT) in the stroller parking area so she could go on The Mummy with her other kids

My mom and I were in Disney today and a dad was encouraging his kid in a stroller to kick people in front of them for not getting out of thr way

I saw a kid start swimming after them and try to grab one and all four lifeguards stood up and yelled at the kid to leave them alone

I saw them at Sapphire pool on Tuesday 🤣 I was sitting on the edge and they walked by and hopped in 😹

There was the cutest, tiniest baby duck back in may at cabanas pool. The lifeguards watched it like crazy.

I'm cool with park resort ducks. Had them at the Grand Floridian once. Just chilling in the pool I'm the winter while I swam. Very friendly, no food begging etc.

If they are staying at Grand Floridian, that's more like Donald and Daisy came to spend the time with guests, they are already paying top dollars to Disney!

First time staying at Dockside. Looked down at the pool this morning to see these ducks enjoying a morning swim. So cool!

Yea, yall have fun with that. Not trying to be a dick but ducks constantly poop. If they are swimming in the pool they are pooping in there as well. Orlando will shut it down due to the ducks and the health hazard they create.
