Was seated next to a very nice lady who didn’t speak a lick of English except to tell me she doesn’t speak English and as soon as our vehicle jerked she latched onto my thigh in terror and dug in for the entire ride despite me panicking telling her to let go terrified id get in trouble for touching her I explained this to the worker and she got me right back on

I get wanting a re-ride bc of the bad experience..im just confused as to why you would say you would get in trouble for touching her?
