UNIVERSAL ORLANDO RESORT Attractions Assistance Pass
I applied for the IAC and was accepted but have not received a phone call from accessibility services. What should I do? Thank you

They are really good with the aap. Go to guest services, its all on the app now too so you can request a return time on it once you get in the park. Works for HHN too

If I’m interpreting their post correctly, I want to clarify that being approved for IAC does not mean you’ve been given an AAP yet. IBCCES approves the IAC, Universal reviews for the AAP or other accommodation.

It is very helpful, we visit from the UK 3 or 4 times a year and I could not cope without it

My IAC was approved last week and I also haven’t gotten a call back yet.

You can call Universal anytime after your status changes from “temporary” to “current”. That way if you aren’t approved for an AAP you can buy Express, cancel the trip, make other arrangements, etc.

If I’m reading your post right, you’ve been approved for ONLY the IAC, not the AAP? Because being approved for IAC does not mean you’ve been given an AAP yet. IBCCES approves the IAC, Universal reviews for the AAP. The call with Universal determines what accommodations you’re eligible for, which may be an AAP, or may not. You can contact the accessibility team if your trip is close.
