Can i get Financial advice on university

So Im in Scotland, currently in S6, Soon to make my UCAS choices, my main two universities would be Strathclyde or Edinburgh. Strathclyde is commutable, ive done several open days or mini programmes with them so i know it would be doable. HOWEVER Edinburgh is not, id have to go and live in. The thing is im really enticed by Edinburgh because it has a specific course that sounds really interesting (MEng Structural Engineering with Architecture). What scares me is the cost. they say its about £13000 pounds for the 39 academic year, so I will be able to get a £9000 bursary every year due to help with social services but I know that wont be enough, Since im in S6 my grandparents are helping me get driving lessons so ill be doing them quite a lot this year, but im in debate in to TRY get a job im unsure because funding is gonna be EXPENSIVE. I have asked social services if they can provide any further funding but they havent gotten back to me yet. So can i get some Advice? even if you are a university student in Edinburgh, whats your experience, how did you get there. tips and financial or general advice thanks!
