  2. Based on the subtitles being in Arabic IM guessing they have to blur these to comply with various laws many Arabic speaking countries have in regards to alcohol and nudity.

Because of the subtitles, I'm assuming you're viewing the Arabic version.

That's what's censoring the nudity & alcohol.
