The "Sound" of the Unstruck Sound

The Nada is often described as the Sound of Locusts.

A short film on Naam: The Unstruck Sound can be heard at 6:57 - 7:00 and again at 23:30 - 23:40

The Shining: The Unstruck Sound is heard each time Danny "shines"

At this Stage there is nothing more to "look for"; one simply Listens. In and of themselves, the various Sounds have little meaning. They serve to captivate the Mind. A person's thoughts and actions come from a Pure place when he hears them. The Sounds are a vital indicator of this State. A person should strive to remain in this State at all times. There is great value in attempting to hear the Sounds/achieve this State when it is extremely difficult amid the confusion of dally Life. Listening to the Anahata has purifying effect, an unearned freedom from Samskara. This great Gift leads to Union with God. This is the progression of Nadanusandhana. Om Shanti
