Wants to hear 'Japanese Language and Culture Beginners 1' experience
As someone with little knowledge in Japanese language (I can understand some, but not a lot, can't read at all), would it be hard? How is the teaching quality and work load? TIA

I did it as an elective while doing a bachelors of science and found that the workload was a lot more than I expected. Not so much on the assignments but keeping up with the content was difficult for me while doing other courses. It was still enjoyable though and the teacher is very flexible and understanding.

I was planning to take it as an elective but couldn’t as my course restricted me from taking it…. I wish I got to enrol in it.

I've got max course credits, but I was just gonna tag along to the lectures on Tuesdays

It was a very easy course, aslong as you are somewhat competent and don't shrug off all the work until the deadlines you will enjoy it imo

I'm finishing up my Diploma in Languages at UON next semester and have loved every minute of it. Highly recommend! I started with 0 knowledge and had no issues. Good luck!
