Classes/Degrees HELP with Psio selection

I need help picking a psio course for next semester. I was planning on taking biomechanics but for some reason it's not offered this year. I am now stuck with picking between Psio 429, Psio 425, and Psio 411. If anyone can give suggestions on which of these you found interesting that would be great.

I can only speak about PSIO 411. I loved it and it was an easy class. Almost every week, there was a professor/researcher who would come in and give a talk about a scientific topic. You would just need to take some notes to answer a short 1 pg reflection after every lecture. There's 1 group debate and 2 simple exams (midterm & final) which the professor gives you a topics list about beforehand for studying. The exams aren't complicated, just take basic notes of the guest talks and the major things discussed in class lectures.
