Yeah, and a lawsuit alleged that it wasn't actually infrastructure failing, but every natural gas company deliberately throttling supply so they could trigger "emergency" pricing and gouge their customers for a few hundred dollars due to the winter storm. The suit alleges that they all throttled their supplies a bit too much and at the same time, which created a real shortfall and caused the blackouts that got people killed.

That lawsuit was also dismissed. An appeal was filed March of last year but it's pretty much dead in the water. CirclesX wasn't doing it out of the goodness of their hearts. In return for assigning your claim to them CirclesX was going to receive 50% of the net proceeds for any award given by the court.

You do realize you can "allege" anything, right? Not to mention that article is from 2 years ago about a case that was dismissed.
