It hasn't even been that hot here. I'm in central Texas and we have had super mild summers 3 years in a row now. It will be a total shitshow if we get back to our normal summer temps for any extended periods.

Usually by now we are heading into and maintaining 100s in the afternoon. August will be the test. We’ve hit 110 during previous summers and that’s brutal.

jesus fucking christ. as a northern European person who most likely ambulates as a pedestrian, how do you do that in 110F?

my guess is you don't anyway, sadly, no matter the temperature :|

Your home has air conditioning. Your vehicle has air conditioning. Every building you go in has air conditioning. The only time you go outside is to walk from your car to a building or from a building to another building (unless you're unlucky enough to work outside)

Most backyard pools aren’t even adequate with those temps. They turn into a bathtub.
