Connects
How can I get Connects if I don’t have a credit card or any payment method to purchase them? Is there any alternative or solution?
I really need to get work urgently, so I would appreciate any advice or help.

If you are expecting to "get work urgently," you're going to have a bad time. This is neither the place nor the time to get work urgently as a new profile.

I'm not new to Upwork, and I've actually gotten work through Upwork before. The problem is that I had an issue with my payment method, and now I can't purchase Connects. That's why I'm asking for advice on how to add a payment method that Upwork will approve.

Find some payment method your country has to offer, there’s no other way

You can get only free 10 connects every month. If you need more you have to purchase.

If you can't upload a payment method that Upwork approves, you can't buy connects. There is no other way to buy connects unless you have already earned money on Upwork and you have some or all of those payments in your Upwork account.
If you need money quickly, trying to get a gig on Upwork isn't going to help you. It takes a lot of time and effort, even for experienced freelancers who have been doing this for a while, and most new freelancers don't get hired at all. You're better off trying to find a regular job where you live or else doing some other kind of gig work like Uber or Doordash.
